Captain Kris is a God fearing man that loves people. He loves to hear their stories and loves a good laugh and bring joys to others as well. He is marries to his lovely wife Ashante and has 3 kids. His family supports passion for the great outdoors.

Working on the school system really enhanced his love for working with children, Captain Kris was just a child himself when he first dreamt of becoming a professional Fisherman and Guide. Ever determined and never willing to give up on the dream and sport he loved, he sacrificed much, enduring times of challenge and hardship, in order to achieve his goals.

Captain Kris Johnson is a seasoned tournament freshwater and saltwater angler. He has been fishing the today waters of MD and VA for 35 years. Starting out with a 14 foot Wenzel with 9.9 Mariner he quickly found his passion. Captain Kris in time has learned several fishing techniques to catch multiple species including largemouth bass, striped bass, catfish, crappie, snakehead as well as saltwater species like redfish, cobia, speckled trout, white perch, croaker, spot and bluefish.

About The Boat:

Your angling journey begins aboard a 19-foot Triton TX-186 vessel, designed for two anglers' safe passage. This bass boat model was initially constructed in 2001 and is equipped with a 150-horsepower 2021 Yamaha engine, capable of reaching a top cruising speed of 50 knots.

DEPOSIT: A deposit is required for all bookings and will be applied at checkout

BALANCE: The remaining balance is due on the trip date as either Credit or Cash.

GUEST CANCELLATION: In the event that you must cancel your booking, you must do so 14 days prior to your trip date to receive a refund on your deposit. Rescheduling is encouraged and dependent on guide availability.

GUIDE CANCELLATION: In the rare event that your guide must cancel due to inclement weather, health, or equipment issues, you will have the option to reschedule your charter for a later date or receive a refund on your deposit.

TIPPING: Tips to your guide are greatly appreciated for your quality trip.
