Married to his lovely wife Ashante and a proud father of three, Captain Kris's family wholeheartedly supports his love for the great outdoors.

Captain Kris especially enjoys taking kids fishing. His experience working in the school system deepened his love for mentoring children, and he delights in inspiring the next generation of anglers. Fishing has been a lifelong passion for Captain Kris, who dreamed of becoming a professional fisherman and guide as a child. As a seasoned tournament angler with over 35 years of experience, Captain Kris has mastered both freshwater and saltwater fishing. From his early days fishing Maryland and Virginia waters in a 14-foot Wenzel with a 9.9 Mariner, he has honed techniques to catch a variety of species, including largemouth bass, striped bass, catfish, crappie, snakehead, and saltwater favorites like redfish, cobia, speckled trout, white perch, croaker, spot, and bluefish.

About the Boat:

Your fishing journey begins aboard a 19-foot Triton TX-186 bass boat, designed for the comfort and safety of two anglers. Built in 2001 and powered by a 150-horsepower Yamaha engine from 2021, this vessel can reach a top cruising speed of 50 knots, ensuring you get to the action quickly and smoothly.

GUEST CANCELLATION: In the event that you must cancel your booking, you must do so 14 days prior to your trip date to receive a refund on your deposit. Rescheduling is encouraged and dependent on guide availability.

GUIDE CANCELLATION: In the rare event that your guide must cancel due to inclement weather, health, or equipment issues, you will have the option to reschedule your charter for a later date or receive a refund on your deposit.
